Torrential rain overnight continued
through the day. I certainly didn’t fancy riding in it when I didn’t
have to. Yesterday I’d gained 40 miles on my original plan so
decided to stay put and make up the shortfall tomorrow with a longer
ride. The only thing I saw of interest was a steam train heading for
Mallaig in the morning and returning back to Fort William in the
afternoon.
